Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cooked rice (preferably day-old)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 2 green onions, chopped (white and green parts)

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low-sodium recommended)
  • 2 large eggs

  3. Push veggies aside and scramble the eggs in the empty side until cooked through (about 2 minutes).
  4. Add cooked rice to the skillet, breaking up clumps. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil while mixing well.
  5. Fold in crispy bacon bits until evenly combined.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions if desired.
