  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
