  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook seasoned chicken until golden brown (about 6-7 minutes per side), then shred.
  3. Steam cauliflower florets until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
