Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 680g)
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and honey. Add the chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
