  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sugar (for crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  2. Puree half of the strawberries in a blender until smooth; reserve the remainder for topping.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice. Gently fold in whipped topping and strawberry puree until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crust, smoothing the top. Decorate with reserved strawberry slices.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
