  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 cup milk (whole or buttermilk)
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray mini bundt pans with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar while mixing.
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients alternately with milk until just mixed; fold in all chocolate chips.
  6. Spoon batter into prepared pans, filling each about three-quarters full. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling before removing from pans.
