  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
