Ingredients

Fettuccine pasta

Fresh shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Sirloin or ribeye steak (sliced)

Heavy cream

Parmesan cheese (grated)

Cajun seasoning

Garlic (minced)

Olive oil

Fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add shrimp and steak to the skillet, seasoning with Cajun spices. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Lower the heat, pour in heavy cream, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or whole milk.

Feel free to adjust the spice level by varying the amount of Cajun seasoning or adding hot sauce.
