1 lb (450g) lean ground beef

½ cup (120ml) teriyaki sauce

1 cup (150g) bell peppers, sliced

1 cup (90g) broccoli florets

1 medium onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, and mincing garlic.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Add ground beef, cooking until browned (5-7 minutes), then drain excess fat.

Pour teriyaki sauce over the beef; simmer for an additional 2 minutes.

Add onions, bell peppers, and broccoli; stir-fry until tender-crisp (4-5 minutes). Mix in garlic and cook for another minute.

Serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground turkey or add different vegetables like snap peas or carrots.
