Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (sliced thin)
8 oz lo mein noodles (fresh or dried)
1 medium red bell pepper (sliced)
1 medium green bell pepper (sliced)
1 medium carrot (julienned)
3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp ginger (grated)
2–3 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
