46 cloves of fresh garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

Marinate chicken thighs in a mixture of melted butter, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and chopped herbs for at least 30 minutes.
