Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2–3 medium ripe bananas (sliced)
1 cup sour cream
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar (for crust)
1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Incorporate sour cream and gently fold in sliced bananas.
Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold half into the cheesecake mixture. Spread remaining whipped cream on top.
