8 oz cream cheese (softened)

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream (chilled)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 ripe bananas (mashed + sliced for garnish)

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 tbsp melted butter

3 oz instant vanilla pudding mix


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into muffin tins. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.

Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in mashed banana and vanilla.

Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold into the cream cheese mixture with instant pudding mix.

Spoon filling into cooled crusts and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
