1 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
1 cup salsa
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
½ cup sliced black olives
4 green onions (chopped)
Instructions
Prepare all ingredients by mashing the avocados and mixing taco seasoning into the sour cream.
In a clear glass dish, layer the refried beans evenly at the bottom.
Gently dollop the guacamole on top, followed by the sour cream mixture.
Pour salsa over the sour cream, then sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Add sliced black olives and finish with chopped green onions.
Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours before serving.
Notes
Customize your dip with additional layers like roasted corn or jalapeños for extra flavor. For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
