Ingredients
4 cups fresh spinach (or 1 cup frozen)
14-ounce can artichoke hearts
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). If using frozen spinach, thaw it and squeeze out excess moisture.
In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in chopped spinach, artichokes, shredded cheeses, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
