– 3 medium ripe pears (Bartlett or Bosc)

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 2 teaspoons baking powder

– ½ cup sliced almonds

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions
