Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
– 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
– 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
– ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
– 2 large eggs

– 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
