- 8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. - Prepare the Steak:
Season steak with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat, 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest steak under foil, then slice thinly against the grain. - Make the Sauce:

Toss pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Top with sliced steak and garnish with parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra spice, add an additional pinch of cayenne pepper to the sauce.
- Use fresh pasta for a more luxurious texture.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
