Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
- Salt, to taste
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- Juice of ½ lime
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate Chicken
- Toss chicken cubes with olive oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. Let marinate for 15-30 minutes.
Step 2: Prepare Skewers
- Soak wooden skewers in water if using. Thread chicken onto skewers, about 4-5 pieces per skewer.
Step 3: Preheat Air Fryer
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Cook Skewers
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap. Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 5: Make Sauce & Serve
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice. Drizzle over cooked skewers or serve as a dipping sauce.

- Adjust spice levels in the sauce by increasing or reducing sriracha.
- Ensure chicken is fully cooked by checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
