- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Step 1: Sauté Vegetables
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
- Stir in heavy cream and Creole seasoning, then simmer for 7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 3: Cook the Red Snapper
- Place snapper fillets on top of the sauce. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
