Ingredients

  • 4 red snapper fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Step 1: Sauté Vegetables

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Sauté onions and bell peppers for 5 minutes until softened.
  • Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

  • Stir in heavy cream and Creole seasoning, then simmer for 7 minutes until slightly thickened.

Step 3: Cook the Red Snapper

  • Place snapper fillets on top of the sauce. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust Creole seasoning for desired spice level.
