  • Eggs: 12 large
  • Whole milk: 1 cup
  • Breakfast sausage: 1 lb (ground)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese: 2 cups
  • Bell peppers: 1 cup (diced)
  • Onions: 1 cup (diced)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook Sausage
    • Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart until fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Drain any excess grease.
  • Sauté Vegetables
