This Holiday Glazed Salmon with Cranberries is a perfect balance of sweet, savory, and tangy flavors. Featuring tender, flaky salmon topped with a rich cranberry glaze, this dish is festive, flavorful, and ideal for special gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets (skin-on) – 1 to 1½ pounds

  4. Bake salmon: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Broil for caramelization: Drizzle remaining glaze and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden and bubbly.
