Ingredients
- Ground Sausage: 1 pound (mild or spicy)
- Cream Cheese: 8 ounces (softened)
- Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups (shredded)
- Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies: 1 (10-ounce) can, drained
- Spices: 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon onion powder, salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook Sausage
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease. - Mix in Cream Cheese
In a large bowl, blend the softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the cooked sausage until evenly combined. - Add Cheese and Tomatoes
Fold in shredded cheddar cheese and drained diced tomatoes with green chilies. Mix thoroughly to combine. - Season the Dip
Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste. Stir until well distributed. - Heat and Serve
Return the mixture to the skillet over low heat. Stir occasionally until everything is melted and heated through, about 10 minutes. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
