Ingredients
- Ube Powder: 200g
- Eggs: 4 large (room temperature)
- Granulated Sugar: 150g
- All-Purpose Flour: 120g

Instructions
- Prepare the Batter:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whip eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Sift together flour and baking powder. Gently fold into the egg mixture.
- Add milk, vanilla extract, and ube powder, folding gently until combined.

- Let cool slightly before turning it onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar.

- For whipped cream, beat cream with sugar to soft peaks.
- For cream cheese filling, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Assemble the Roll Cake:
- Spread filling evenly on the cooled cake, leaving edges bare.
- Roll tightly, starting at one short end. Wrap in parchment and refrigerate to set.
