Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • Add Cream Cheese & Egg: Mix in cream cheese, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  • Shape Dough: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
