Ingredients

- Vegetable broth (4 cups)
- Heavy cream (1 cup)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté onions for 5 minutes until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Cook Mushrooms: Stir in mushrooms, season lightly with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-10 minutes until softened and browned.
