Instructions

  • Sauté the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking for 5–7 minutes until softened but still slightly crunchy. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Cook the Sausages: In the same skillet, cook the sausages over medium heat for 10–12 minutes, turning to brown on all sides and ensuring an internal temperature of 160°F. Remove sausages from the pan and slice or leave whole.
  • Combine Ingredients: Return the sausages to the skillet with the sautéed peppers and onions. Stir together and cook for 5–7 minutes until everything is evenly combined and heated through. Serve and enjoy!
