  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices (regular or mini)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom half in the prepared dish.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the buns followed by half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Layer pepperoni slices on top and add the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place the top half of the buns back on, then brush with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool slightly before serving.
