  • 1 cup sushi rice
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat (chopped)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 12 tsp Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • 2 nori sheets (cut into strips)
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
  2. Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions until fluffy, then let cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooled rice, chopped imitation crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Sriracha; mix well.
  4. Spread half the mixture in the baking dish. Layer with nori strips, then add the remaining rice mixture on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
