Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat, add dried lavender buds, cover, and steep for 15 minutes.
- Strain the lavender infusion into a pitcher, adding sugar or honey while still warm to dissolve.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh blueberries with ½ cup of water. Blend until smooth and strain if desired.
- Mix the strained blueberry puree with the lavender infusion and lemon juice in the pitcher. Stir well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving over ice.
