Instructions

- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, coffee, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18–20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the frosting by blending cream cheese and powdered sugar until creamy.
- Once cooled, frost each cupcake generously.
