- 24 oz frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 10.5 oz can of cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a large baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Layer half of the hashbrown mixture in the baking dish; place seasoned chicken on top.
- Spoon the remaining hashbrown mixture over the chicken and sprinkle with the rest of the cheddar cheese.
