Description

Big Mac Wraps are a fun and portable twist on the classic burger, combining savory ground beef, crunchy lettuce, tangy pickles, and a rich homemade sauce all wrapped in a warm tortilla. Perfect for casual gatherings or weeknight meals, these wraps bring the familiar flavors of a Big Mac to an easy-to-enjoy format.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce (romaine or iceberg)
  • ½ cup dill pickles (sliced thin)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, and garlic if desired. Adjust ingredients for taste.
  3. Assemble Your Wraps: Lay out one tortilla flat and spread two tablespoons of sauce evenly over it. Add a scoop of ground beef in the center.
  4. Layer Fresh Ingredients: Top with shredded lettuce and sliced pickles. Add cheese if desired.
  5. Roll It Up: Fold in both sides of the tortilla over filling first, then roll from bottom up tightly.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Slice each wrap in half diagonally and serve with extra sauce on the side.
