Ingredients

Scale

8 ounces fresh egg noodles

6 ounces beef sirloin, thinly sliced

6 ounces raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 medium bell pepper, sliced

3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

Prepare noodles according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.

Marinate beef with soy sauce and minced garlic for about 15 minutes.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Cook marinated beef for about 4 minutes until browned; remove from pan.

In the same pan, add more olive oil, sauté garlic briefly, then stir in shrimp and bell peppers. Cook until shrimp are pink.

Return beef to the pan, mix in cooked noodles, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until heated through (about 3 minutes).

Garnish with green onions before serving.

Notes

For added spice, consider mixing in red pepper flakes or sriracha.

Feel free to swap veggies based on personal preference; snap peas or broccoli work well.
