Ingredients

Scale

1 pound thinly sliced roast beef

12 slider rolls (Hawaiian or potato rolls recommended)

2 cups low-sodium beef broth

1 cup shredded provolone or Swiss cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Arrange slider rolls in a baking dish. Layer half of the cheese on the bottom half of each roll, followed by roast beef, seasoning, and remaining cheese.

In a saucepan, heat beef broth with any additional seasonings until simmering.

Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with warm au jus for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to customize your sliders by adding sautéed onions or mushrooms for extra flavor.

For a twist, try different cheeses like Gouda or cheddar.
