1 pound grilled chicken breast

2 cups chopped romaine lettuce

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

10-inch flour tortillas (2 per wrap)

½ cup croutons


Instructions

Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked (165°F/75°C). Allow to cool and slice into strips.

In a bowl, mix the romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until coated.

Lay one tortilla flat and layer with sliced chicken, dressed lettuce, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.

Roll tightly from one end, folding in the sides as you go. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately.
