Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
4 large bell peppers (green or yellow)
1 medium onion
1 cup shredded provolone or cheddar cheese
Olive oil

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Halve the bell peppers and remove seeds. Chop the onion finely.
