Ingredients
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
– 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
– 3 tbsp korma curry paste
– 1 large onion, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
– Spices: 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp garam masala, ½ tsp turmeric, red chili powder to taste

Instructions
