1 ½ cups crushed chocolate cookies (like Oreos)

– ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

– 24 ounces full-fat cream cheese (softened)

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 1 cup heavy whipping cream

– 1 cup sour cream

– 8 ounces dark chocolate (60% cocoa or higher, melted)

– 2 cups pitted cherries

– 2 tablespoons Kirsch (optional)


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed cookies and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

2. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Gradually mix in heavy cream, sour cream, and melted dark chocolate until smooth.
