- 250g beef strips (sirloin or flank, thinly sliced)
- 200g large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 200g egg noodles
- 2 medium bell peppers (red and green, sliced)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil, for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the Beef:
Marinate beef strips with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cornstarch, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes. - Cook the Noodles:
Boil noodles until al dente (4-6 minutes). Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside. - Stir-Fry Beef:
Heat oil in a skillet, fry marinated beef in batches until crispy (about 2 minutes per side). Remove and set aside. - Cook Vegetables & Shrimp:
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and bell peppers for 2 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (3 minutes). - Combine and Sauce:
Return beef to the skillet. Mix soy sauce and chili sauce in a bowl and pour over the stir-fry. Toss in cooked noodles, mix well, and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust chili sauce based on your spice tolerance.
- Substitute chicken or tofu for shrimp and beef if desired.
- Add a splash of lime juice for extra zing!
