Ingredients

- Onion: 1 large, chopped
- Beef Broth: 2 cups (480 ml)
- Salt and Pepper: To taste
- Olive Oil: 1 tbsp
Instructions
- Prepare the Beef:
- Season beef with salt and pepper.
- Sear in a hot skillet with olive oil until browned on all sides (about 4 minutes per side).
- Prepare Aromatics:
- Sauté onion and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant. Stir in fresh herbs and transfer to the slow cooker.
