- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop vegetables, mince garlic, and grate ginger. Cook noodles per package directions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Brown Beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown ground beef for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart. Drain excess grease.

- Combine Sauce and Noodles: Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the pan, mixing well. Toss in the noodles and stir until coated. Let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with remaining green onions and enjoy hot!
