Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Slice cucumber into thin rounds. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with fresh herbs.
  2. Assemble Sandwiches: Spread a layer of herbed cream cheese onto 4 slices of bread. Add a single layer of cucumber slices, seasoning lightly with salt and pepper. Top with the remaining bread slices.
  3. Cut and Serve: Slice sandwiches diagonally into quarters or preferred shapes. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
