Description

A rich and creamy pasta bake, Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole combines tender spaghetti, savory ground beef, marinara sauce, cream cheese, and melty mozzarella for a crowd-pleasing dish that’s perfect for any occasion.

 


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Spaghetti: Boil spaghetti until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown Beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned (7-10 minutes). Drain excess grease and mix in marinara sauce.
  3. Combine: Stir softened cream cheese into the beef mixture until mostly blended.
  4. Assemble: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix spaghetti with the sauce and beef mixture. Transfer to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and top with shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
