- 4–5 ripe kiwis, peeled and sliced into rounds
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved or quartered
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- Honey Yogurt Dressing:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice of ½ a lemon
Instructions
- Prepare Fruits: Wash and dry all fruits. Peel and slice kiwis into rounds. Hull and halve or quarter strawberries. Rinse blueberries.
- Assemble the Wreath: Arrange kiwi slices in a circular pattern on a round serving platter. Add strawberries and blueberries in between the kiwi slices, filling gaps and creating a balanced, festive look.
- Make the Dressing: Mix Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle lightly over the fruit or serve on the side.
- Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle chopped mint leaves over the salad. Serve immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors!
