- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup maraschino cherries (drained)
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the pan: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or foil, leaving overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the paper.
- Melt chocolate and butter: In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat.
- Combine with condensed milk: Stir in sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated.
- Fold in cherries and marshmallows: Gently fold in drained maraschino cherries and mini marshmallows, ensuring even distribution.
- Chill: Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
- Slice and serve: Use the overhang to lift the fudge out of the pan. Slice into bars and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a festive touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before chilling.
